Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. Following the end of her childhood career in gymnastics, Ariel began competing at fitness events at the age of sixteen. The Pro Card was only awarded one year later, at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a an athlete sponsored by IFBB. At 16, she started taking part in fitness events after quitting gymnastics. One year later at 17, she won her pro card. So becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel took a six-year break from performing after earning her professional card in order to further her education. In 2015, she continued her journey from the previous year's major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition She continued to compete for several years, setting goals for herself. In 2009 she had won four health titles. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) when she won the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel completed her first six years of competition to get her college degree. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut occurred at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. The team finished 3rd during the event. Summer of 2016, she was the winner of her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage and won 6th in the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel states that she was more than proud of her performance. Given that she competed against the some of the top competitors. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel loves working out her lower back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rows one-arm pull-downs using lats with a machine. and seated rows. Warming up is usually done before the workout. Ariel makes the best use of her time. One way to achieve this is to superset her back exercises. A total of three or four supersets with 10--12 reps are completed.
