Lisa Olivia Munn grew up in Oklahoma City. Kimberly Schmid lived in Vietnam with Chinese roots, while Winston Barrett Munn's clan has roots that go back to the American South. Olivia's parents separated at the age of two. Her family consisted of her mother, who served as a pilot in the United States Air Force, as well as her stepfather. Her primary residence was Tokyo, Japan, even though the family moved around often. During this time, Olivia was a part of several stage productions. Then she was an Japanese model. Olivia, who had moved with her family to Los Angeles in order to fulfill her desire to become an actress, continued to work towards her goal after the family moved back to America. She started her acting career with a small character. Then, her career took off when she was cast in the role of Mily Acuna in Hawaii's lensed TV show Beyond the Break (2006). In 2007, she played Rob Schneider's receptionist. She hosts the popular podcasts "Formula D", "The Daily Nut", and "The Daily Nut". Surfing is her passion and she has been practicing it since the TV series Beyond the Break (2006). She also holds Black Belt in Taekwondo. In the age of two, her mother got married. This time she married an US Air Force serviceman. Though the family relocating many times, she was predominantly educated in Tokyo, Japan, where her stepfather was stationed by the military. University of Oklahoma. Majored in and minored in Japanese and the Dramatic Arts.
