Sara Gilbert is a well-known American actress who has appeared in a variety of films and television series throughout her long career. She is also co-host as well as creator of the popular daytime talk program The Talk. The first time she made waves by playing herself on the TV show Roseanne as Darlene Conner-Healy. This role has earned the actress two Primetime Emmy Award nominations. In addition to her character as Darlene Conner Healy in the smash hit The Big Bang Theory, she starred as Leslie Winkle on the television series The Big Bang Theory. Just before the launch of her talk show, Sara Gilbert publicly came out. From 2014 to 2019 she was a bridesmaid to singer-songwriter Linda Perry.
