Hayley is an American performer and actress. The most famous of her characters can be Erica Goldberg who stars in "The Goldbergs," an American comedy show. Although she's a singer however, her passion for music. She maintains that music is the first thing that interests her. It is something she is experimenting at since she was 9 years old. At the age 12 she was taking serious enough about music to start studying professionally. In 2013, she picked the plunge into songwriting and made her debut album. The music hasn't budged back ever since. Orrantia was born in America but with Hispanic roots. Although she was raised speaking only English and never lived in Mexico she's very happy about her Hispanic roots. By learning Spanish and writing songs, she strives to preserve the tradition. "Hasta Verte" which is a song with Spanish lyrics that she's recorded can be a perfect instance. Orrantia was a part of The X Factor season 1's auditions in the summer of 2011. Orrantia's YouTube video was selected and she was awarded four "yeses" (or votes) for the judges during The Seattle audition. Though she initially auditioned as a solo artist, during "Hollywood Week", she and three female performers were placed into groups for the remaining part of auditions. They were eliminated at the conclusion of the fifth performance.
